bert, we have to print many t-shirt on silkscreen in two colors. i have question about it. how we sholud do it?
maybe you have some simply bert's trick for adjusting two colors. this color will be print like overprint.

ok
here is the trick:
first you print on all the shirtz the first colour.
let them dry.
you fix the screen for second colour with the up/down mechanisme (like for paper).
you put the shirt over a thin board and put it at the place where it should be.
(there is no ink in the screen, so you can find the right place)
now you need a transparen folie, which is bigger than the board.
fix it on the table with tape,, so that you can flip it over the image and back.
first print you make on the folie and dry it fast with hot air.
so with this printed, fixed folie you can always find the right place to put the shirt.
now
print all the second colours.
let them dry
finished.
